12 Multi State companies working in unauthorized manner in Uttarakhand: RBI

The STF (Special Task Force) will take immediate action against those who indulging in unauthorized financial activities. Reserve Bank of India will directly give the information to the STF about those indulging in illegal money transactions. Under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary Utpal Kumar Singh, the meeting of the State Level Cooperative Committee was held in the Secretariat on Monday. Chief Secretary instructed that action should be taken against those who grab people’s money fraudulently. Cyber crime cell should also show readiness in such cases.
Reserve Bank of India informed that 12 Multi State companies are working in unauthorized manner in Uttarakhand. These include Uttarakhand Rural Muslim Fund Trust, Aradhya Consumer Sales Reliance Cooperative Bank, Janshakti Multi State Multi Purpose Cooperative Society, Dhenu Agro Producer Company, Evergreen Agro Multi State Multi Purpose Cooperative Society, United Agro Life India Limited, Quality Finance Private Limited, Global Grammar Sales Private Limited, Easy Gold Store, Globaltech Finance, Social Mutual Benefit Company Limited and Taj International Real Tech. RBI has appealed that no person should do any transaction with these institutions.
The meeting was attended by Subrata Das, General Manager, RBI, Principal Secretary, Justice Neeta Tiwari, Secretary, Cooperatives R. Meenakshi Sundaram, Additional Secretary, Finance Savin Bansal, Additional Director, Information Anil Chandola and others.
