Independent Field Adjuster (1099 Contractor - Laredo, TX) Who We Are

As a 1099 Independent Field Adjuster , you will manage your own workload, inspect property damages, and provide timely, fair, and accurate claims assessments . If you thrive in a fast-paced, self-driven environment and have a passion for field adjusting, we want to work with you! What Youll Do As An Independent Field Adjuster, You Will ? Independently investigate, evaluate, and resolve daily property claims following client and company standards. ? Inspect damaged properties , assess the loss, and prepare estimates using Xactimate and Symbility . ? Determine claim-related damage , confirm policy coverage, and make recommendations accordingly. ? Set and manage reserves per carrier guidelines. ? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies, repair procedures, and market pricing . ? Submit reports on severe incidents, insured-to-value (ITV) findings, and other necessary documentation. ? Deliver exceptional customer service , ensuring professionalism in all communications. ? Manage your own schedule, assignments, and client expectations while meeting industry service standards. Who You Are To Succeed As An Independent Field Adjuster, You Should Hold a valid property adjuster license for your state of operation. Have at least 2-3 years of experience handling property claims. Be proficient in Xactimate and Symbility estimating software. Have strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills . Maintain general construction knowledge to assess damages accurately. Own or have access to necessary equipment (ladder, safety gear, measuring tools, etc.). Have a valid drivers license and ability to travel as needed. Be physically capable of climbing ladders, entering attics/crawlspaces, and working on roofs . Maintain professional liability insurance if required. Have strong time management skills to handle multiple claims efficiently. Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service . Why Partner With Ryze? ?
