A global Machinery Trading Company is looking for a motivated Administrative / Sales Assistant to join in Maryville, TN .

Administrative / Sales Assistant Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for handling and responding to inquiries, requests and complaints from customers
• Handles purchase orders and other sale and commercial related matters
• Arranges shipping and travel schedules
• Records and maintains new customers' account information and pricing information
• Prepares monthly quarterly and fiscal year reports
• Handles various phone calls and e-mails from customers and suppliers
• Record orders to back commission spreadsheet
• Prepares expense reports
• Other job duties are assigned as needed

Administrative / Sales Assistant Requirements include:

• Preferred Associate’s degree in, business administrations, or related field and/or equivalent experience in administrative role.
• At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant / Sales Assistant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills (Speaking / Reading / Writing)
• While performing the duties of this job, you may be required to type for extended periods throughout the day and intermittently sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision, as well as, lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
