divh2Concierge Position At Horseshoe Bay Resort Jet Center/h2pHorseshoe Bay Resort Jet Center is looking for a Concierge to help the team through another busy season and beyond! This position requires a people person who is highly-motivated to deliver the highest standards of member, guest and customer service for Resort Jet Center. The candidate must possess a positive and professional demeanor at all times as well as demonstrable exceptional customer service experience, both telephonic and in-person. This is a full time position with a regular schedule, but will require work on holidays, weekends, and during times when additional staffing is necessary. An eye for detail, a drive to exceed customer expectations and the ability to think critically and resolve problems are essential qualities for this work./ppThe lake life is calling. What are you waiting for?/ppFull Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:/pulliHealth Insurance; Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, and Vision Insurance plans/liliCritical Illness and Accident plans/liliAssociate Relief Fund/li/ulp*Privileges based on occupancy and business levels/ppGeneral Duties:/pulliMaintain complete knowledge of all FBO services and functions./liliGreet and welcome customers, members and guests with a smile/liliAnswer all incoming telephone calls/liliMonitor and respond to all email traffic/liliKeep FBO front desk, guest lobby and Director conference area clean, organized and stocked/liliAssist FBO Concierge Supervisor with maintenance of aircraft and vehicle fuel inventories/liliMaintain stock of customer and office consumables/liliComplete NATA Safety 1st training as soon as possible after start of position/liliComplete service sales tickets and process credit card and member account sales transactions/liliResolve issues and conflicts to the satisfaction of the customer and benefit of the FBO whenever possible/liliCreate arrival and departure reservations in an electronic calendar or other software that may be made available/liliMaintain professional demeanor in high stress situations and busy times/liliAbility to reprioritize tasks to ensure all customer and enterprise demands are met in a timely fashion/liliMotivation of staff to perform at their highest abilities/liliAttend/Conduct all departmental meetings as necessary/liliAssist department Director and Assistant Manager with projects as required/liliMaintain professional dress and physical appearance/liliOther duties as assigned or requested/liliLiaise with other Resort departments as necessary to ensure a seamless experience for Members and guests pMinimum Qualifications:/p ulliCustomer service experience required./liliBasic math and accounting skills/liliExcellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills required./liliComputer literate and proficient in Word, Excel, related inventory software/li/ul pAdditional Qualifications:/p ulliService oriented- able to pamper, accommodate and anticipate guests needs/liliEnjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality./liliSolution oriented/liliExceptional communication, organizational skills and detail oriented/liliFlexible and accommodating attitude/liliMaintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment/liliComply and adhere to all Horseshoe Bay Resort and airport policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)/liliMaintain a professional image with the proper uniform standard and maintaining personal hygiene/li/ul pPhysical Mental Requirements:/p ulliMaintain a clean; safe, fully stocked and well organized work area./liliBe on time for your shift and maintain schedule provided/liliPositive, energetic and professional demeanor/liliAbility to multi-task./liliAbility to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment./liliWalk/stand for an extended period of time/liliOccasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds./liliAscend/descend stairs as a daily routine./liliMust be able to comprehend reading materials./liliMust be able to interact with co-workers, customers and have a sense of TEAM/li/ul pEqual Opportunity Employer/p/li/ul/div
