Position Description: The Air and Missile Defense (AMD) Product Owner (PO) will work as a member of the Army Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office (PO). The PO will be responsible for the prioritization and validation of the development software for the Infrastructure Services & Libraries (ISL) team. The position will include reviewing/understanding Systems Engineering concepts/designs/algorithms and providing guidance to the development team. The PO will support the team in the development of acceptance criteria for software updates and be responsible for their verification. The product owner will work with Program Management in setting priorities for the capabilities and defects for the team for each product increment and sprint. The position will include technical briefings, demonstrations and advisement to leadership. The product owner will report on status; recommended courses of action, competing capabilities, performance, risks, and impacts to the IFMC mission.
