RSCS a FullService Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Construction and Service company is now hiring LowTemp Refrigeration Service Technicians. RSCS actively promotes a solid team environment and is seeking technicians who enjoy working on HVACR systems AND who like to work within an actively supportive team ecosystem.
Responsibilities and Duties
Field service of an established customer base with some travel to surrounding areas. This IS NOT an entry level position and requires 35 years of experience with Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration and/or Commercial Freon Refrigeration Service.
Qualifications and Skills
Our ideal candidate will be able to think quickly on their feet and be able to problem solve effectively. Our ideal candidate must also have a keen knowledge of the refrigeration cycle as well as electricity and controls and should enjoy servicing a variety of equipment across multiple facilities.
This position requires someone who has the knowledge skillset and tools to walk into any clients facility and has the confidence to troubleshoot and repair equipment when the facility operators cannot and is skilled in startup of refrigeration systems.
Also must be dependable handson selfmotivated a selfstarter well organized and detail oriented willing to travel and be on call in a rotation. Clean driving record required.
