What You'll Be Doing

Let’s cut to the chase: As Assistant Manager, you’ll be in charge of your shift. That means everything— making great pizzas, cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer happiness—is your responsibility. You’re the one setting the tone, following every policy to a tee, and inspiring your team to do the same.

Oh, and there’s more:

• Learning to manage dough and make all the items on our menu. You got it.
• Crunching numbers? You’ll own it.
• Keeping the store spotless? Yup, that’s on you too.
• Wowing customers with top-tier service? A must.
• Driving Pizzas (Because You’ll Do That Too)
• Driving profits and crushing goals? You’re the MVP.

The Fine Print

• Must love to smile and treat people with respect.
• Must be over 18 Years old (If your 16 and 17 you will have to wait just a little bit longer. Apply for a CSR job and work your way up!)
• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a vehicle with insurance in your name.
• Be ready to walk, climb, carry, and drive—sometimes in less-than-ideal weather.
