*Seeking Worker's Compensation Attorneys*
About the Company
Law firm seeking experienced workers’ compensation attorneys with 3-4 years of experience in their Riverside office. The Firm will also consider candidates in their other offices: Irvine, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Dana Point. The Firm possesses more than 60 years of combined experience representing injured employees in workers’ compensation matters and has a proven track record having obtained over $100,000,000.00 for their clients through verdicts and settlements.
About the Role
HYBRID : The ideal candidate will reside in the Inland Empire or North Orange County and should expect to go into the office 1-2 times per week.
Qualified candidates with membership in the California State Bar will appear before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) when needed and will handle cases from inception through final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation, case strategy, defending depositions, overseeing case managers, etc.
HOURS : Attorneys are expected to work Monday through Thursday from 8:00-6:00 PM and Friday from 8:00-5:00 PM. NO WEEKEND WORK !
Compensation & Benefits
The firm offers competitive salary and benefits. Compensation: $90,000.00 - 120,000.00 per year plus numerous bonus opportunities.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.)
Membership in California State Bar.
Preferred Skills
-Experience representing injured employees.
-Experience on the defense side is okay. The Firm will train you.
