Associate Dentist
Location: Olympia, Washington
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Opportunity:
A well-established private dental practice in Olympia is seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join its growing team. This full-time role offers clinical autonomy, advanced technology, and a clear pathway to long-term partnership and ownership.

The practice serves more than 2,000 active patients and provides a stable, high-quality environment for professional growth and high-earning potential. You will be supported by an experienced clinical team and a strong administrative partner handling operations and marketing.

Position Highlights:

  • Schedule: Monday to Wednesday and a half day on Thursday.
  • Daily guarantee of $800 during the initial months.
  • 30% of collections with no lab fees.
  • $200,000+ first-year earning potential.
  • 2,000 active patients (70% PPO, 30% FFS).
  • 2 hygienists with exam credit and 2 dedicated dental assistants.
  • 2 operatories designated for the associate.
  • Modern equipment: iTero, CAD/CAM, Dexis digital X-ray, Nobel implant system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry including crowns, fillings, dentures, appliances, and treatment planning.
  • Lead clinical operations as the sole dentist, supported by an administrative CEO.
  • Maintain a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate on practice upgrades and technology enhancements.
  • Expand service offerings through mentorship and continuing education in surgery, implants, IV sedation, sinus lifts, and grafting.

Qualifications:

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school.
  • Active Washington State dental license in good standing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (AEGD or GPR preferred).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in general dental procedures with an interest in advanced treatments such as endo, surgery, implants, and Invisalign.
