Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dental care to a loyal and growing patient base.
• Perform a full range of procedures including restorative, preventive, and surgical treatments.
• Build lasting relationships through patient education and personalized care.
• Collaborate with a skilled clinical and administrative team focused on efficiency and service.
• Participate in continuing education and mentorship programs for clinical development.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Washington dental license or eligibility to obtain.
• Current CPR and DEA certification (or ability to obtain).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to quality care and long-term professional growth.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary up to $10,000 per month.
• Production-based pay with earnings between $225,000 and $275,000+ annually.
• Full-time schedule: 4 days per week (part-time option: 3 days).
• Continuing education reimbursement up to $5,000 annually.
• Dedicated support team including 3 hygienists.
