Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have experience from a major law firm representing innovative pharmaceutical and biotech companies in IP Litigation as well as excellent academic credentials and a Life Sciences background. Additional requirements include the following:

1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree (LLM or foreign equivalent) from an accredited law school.
2. Must be admitted, and in good standing, to the bar in the jurisdiction in which you will practice; or must provide written confirmation as to ability to become admitted in that State or District.
3. Degree in chemistry or biology (preferred).
4. Experience in Hatch-Waxman and/or BPCIA litigation.
5. Analytical, research, and writing skills.
6. Ability to work well under pressure and manage your time effectively.
