  Consistent hours and time off: Shift possibilities—3 to 4, 8 hour shifts per week from your house per week. Most of these shifts are outside of regular business hours of 8 to 5 Monday to Friday, so therefore you will not work during this time very often. Some holiday shifts.

  Some nights may have 1 or two calls, some nights may be non-stop. When there the phones are quiet, and your caught up, your time is free to move about your home—as long as your phone is answered within 3 rings.

  
  Job Duties:

  • Answer phones and dispatch tow truck drivers and service mechanics.
  • Review completed calls and updated administratively.
  • Answer impound customer questions related to releasing their vehicle and personal belongings.
  • Perform market surveys
  • Monitor driver and mechanics progress through jobs in progress.
  • Communicate regularly with customer relating to jobs in progress.
  • Estimate, quote, and sell jobs with a successful closing ratio.

  • Experience that may not be the same, but is applicable to our trade.

  Job requirements:

  • Proven job history of high pressure phone, dispatching or service related job.
  • Must not use drugs (including marijuana at all, in any method) .
  • Must meet criminal background check standards.
  • You need to live within commutable distance to one of our shops in case you need to cover for a daytime shift with 48 hours notice.
  • You must have your own laptop and cell phone that is new within the last 3 years.
  • You must have high speed internet.

  Benefits
  This is considered a part time position from home and does NOT provide benefits.

  Family Time: Family comes first, so if something comes up with your family, your time off is approved. Other time off, we ask for proper notice, and approve over 90% of time off requests.
