STS Technical Services is actively hiring EV Technicians in Ridgeland, South Carolina to join our growing terminal tractor assembly team. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in electric vehicle systems, ensuring high performance and safety of electric terminal tractors. Key Responsibilities: Assemble electric terminal tractors, ensuring correct integration of batteries and components. Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve electric system issues, including drivetrains and battery management. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electric systems like motors, controllers, and charging stations. Collaborate with engineers and assembly line workers to improve vehicle performance. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and assembly activities. Skills & Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with knowledge of electric vehicle systems. Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Proficiency in blueprint reading and technical measurements. Commitment to safety when handling high-voltage systems. Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in automotive or electrical technology preferred. Prior experience working with electric or hybrid vehicles.
