White and Williams LLP, a large multi-practice law firm, is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience in financial restructuring and insolvency related transactions and litigation matters, including chapter 11 bankruptcies and representation of secured creditors in commercial foreclosures and Article 9 sales.
