Title: HR Generalist

Pay: $30 - $33/hr.

Schedule : M-F 8am - 5pm - Onsite

Location: Easton, PA

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting the overall strategic goals of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high volume recruiting for the light industrial industry.

Duties

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding new employees using tools such as iCIMS and Ceridian.
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with employment labor laws.
• Support performance management processes, including employee evaluations and development plans.
• Conduct research data collection to inform HR strategies and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records in ATS syste,
• Provide administrative support for various HR functions, including training coordination and employee engagement activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Experience

• Proven experience in human resources or related fieldd
• Familiarity with HR software systems
• Strong understanding of employment labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Experience in talent management strategies is a plus.
