Job Description
Post & Schell a large center city law firm is seeking Billing Coordinator to work in the Accounting Department in Philadelphia.
Responsibilities:
· Edit time and cost entries, including transfers, combining, splitting entries and ensure invoices are completed in a timely manner.
· Forward invoices to clients through mail, email or the e-billing process.
· Required to submit electronically billed invoices to various vendors, which includes follow-up on invoice status, rejections, budgets, etc.
· Communicate with attorneys and clients on outstanding invoices
· Create ad hoc reports when requested
Qualifications :
· 3 -5 Years of Legal Billing Experience; Elite 3E experience preferred
· Experience with electronic billing utilizing various vendor websites and the e-Billing Hub
· Must have experience working in MS Word, Excel, and pdf files
· Must be detailed oriented, highly organized
· Must demonstrate excellent written and oral communications skills
· Display ability to prioritize, ability to multitask, and take initiative to assist as needed
· Excellent customer service skills
· College Degree preferred
