Who we are:

At Horizons Behaviour Consulting, we don’t do cookie-cutter ABA. We’re a passionate, growing team of ABA professionals offering centre-based, in-home, and community-based services to children, teens, and young adults with autism and developmental differences. We believe therapy should be meaningful, motivating, and… dare we say it… fun!

We run a range of innovative programs including:

• In home, In-center, and Community based ABA sessions for children and adults
• Social skills groups like HBC Detectives
• Life skills programs for teens and young adults
• Low-ratio summer camps
• Free community events

Who you are:

You’re an RBA/BCBA OR within 3 months of obtaining credentials who:

• Brings clinical excellence AND an empathetic touch
• Wants to lead, mentor, and be mentored
• Motivated to help our clients AND their families
• Is ready to take initiative, try new things, and grow with a company that’s growing with intention
• On the OAP Provider list (preferred)
• Can teach ABA in French (preferred)

What you’ll do:

• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, EFL, PEAK, AFLS, AIM, etc.)
• Design fun and engaging evidence-based behaviour programs
• Supervise Instructor Therapists and Supervised Senior Therapists with compassion and humour
• Collaborate with families and other professional (e.g., SLPs, OTs)
• Lead with creativity – Got an idea for a new group or intervention? Let’s build it together!
• Mentor Supervised Instructor Therapists and Supervised Senior Therapists
