Job Description

As a Telecom Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and delivering large-scale telecom related infrastructure and service delivery projects. These project mostly include broadband and wireless devices for businesses across the USA. Youll be expected to work with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with sales organization that actively proposal, sell, distribute telecom offerings such as ATT & Verizon broadband and wireless, tradidational telecom infrastructure, as well as creating and drafting proposals for our sales teams
• Define project scopes, develop detailed project plans, and manage resource allocation
• Coordinate internal teams (engineering, network operations, finance, customer success) and external vendors
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders
• Track budgets, timelines, and KPIs to ensure successful project delivery
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
• Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools
• Manage a profit and loss and have minimum margin expectations

Required Qualifications:

• BA or equal experience in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in telecom or carrier related work history
• Proven success in managing large-scale, high-budget projects across multiple teams
• Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, service provisioning, or network technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira
• Experience with OSS/BSS platforms, SD-WAN, VoIP systems, or wireless network builds
• Wireless mobility management vendors, wireless deployment with mobility device management a plus.
• Background working with telecom carriers, ISPs, or managed service providers
• Agile/Scrum certification and experience leading hybrid project environments is a plus.
