**Rate:** $15 - $20 USD hourly / $1,200 - $1,600 USD monthly (salary is negotiable based on experience and location)

**What You'll Do**
**Production Design & Execution:**
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute promotional offers across 5-6 distinct brands, focusing on creating various printed point-of-sale (POS) elements such as displays, signage, and packaging.
* Create precise mechanical files tailored to the Client's specifications for print, ensuring proper layout, dimensions, and compliance with vendor requirements.
* Coordinate with Trade, Brand, and Legal teams to obtain necessary approvals before release, ensuring alignment with branding and legal standards.
* Ensure all artwork adheres to strict brand guidelines, producing work with minimal revisions and minimal errors.
* Execute pre-press production for various clients, meticulously following specifications and preparing materials for print or digital publication.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pre-press techniques and best practices to optimize production processes.
* Adapt designs for various mediums (print, digital) while maintaining the integrity of the visual concept and brand identity.
**Project Management:**
* Oversee multiple projects concurrently, effectively managing deadlines, varying project durations, and fluctuating workloads to ensure timely completion.
* Collaborate closely with the Production Manager or Lead Production Artist in daily check-ins to review project statuses, prioritize tasks, and proactively address challenges.
* Establish a clear understanding of managing complex mechanicals across multiple projects, ensuring all production stages meet key milestones and deadlines.
* Organize project workflows and maintain clear communication channels with cross-functional teams to guarantee that project goals are met on time and on budget.
* Review and process feedback from internal and external stakeholders, quickly implementing revisions to meet project expectations.
* Track and manage a project's full life cycle, from initial design to final production, ensuring all stages align with project goals.
**Quality Control:**
* Conduct thorough and detailed reviews of final graphics, layouts, and other design elements to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand and client specifications.
* Perform rigorous quality checks before sending files for print, ensuring proper file setup, resolution, color profiles, and adherence to client standards.
* Maintain an exceptional quality standard across all deliverables, identifying and resolving potential issues before final production.
* Implement quality assurance processes to catch design errors, maintain design integrity, and ensure consistency across all project outputs.
* Ensure files are archived properly, keeping a structured and organized file management system for future reference or revisions.
**What You Should Have**
Must-haves:
* At least four years of experience as a Studio Artist, Production Artist, or similar role in the marketing or advertising agency industry.
* Experience working in the Alcohol and Tobacco industry is a huge plus.
* At least two years of experience in a global remote or virtual environment for a company in North America, Europe, Australia or the UAE.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
* Comprehensive knowledge of the print production pipeline, including file preparation, pre-press standards, color management, and working with vendors to ensure files are ready for flawless output.
* Expert in design fundamentals, including typography, layout, composition, and color theory, ensuring visually compelling, brand-aligned work across various media.
* Ability to communicate complex design concepts clearly and effectively to both internal team members and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and project flow.
* Strong multitasking abilities with a proven track record of efficiently managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
* Outstanding organizational skills, excellent time management, and meticulous attention to detail.
* A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, willing to go the extra mile to find creative solutions, overcome challenges, and get things done efficiently and effectively.
