Business Continuity Analyst

Location: New York , NY
This position is for Assistant Officer level candidates

Join our team as a Business Continuity Analyst and be at the forefront of ensuring our organization's resilience and compliance with regulatory requirements. Working closely with our dynamic Planning Department, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our business continuity program.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Business Champions to bolster the resilience of our branch.
Administer the business continuity program, ensuring all components are up-to-date and effective.
Facilitate business recovery tests and exercises, providing insightful After Action Reports.
Develop materials to raise awareness of emergency response and continuity concepts.
Maintain branch-wide policies, procedures, and manuals.
Support our Crisis Management Team, ensuring seamless emergency communications and situational awareness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with 1 - 2+ years of business continuity planning experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across the organization effectively.
Professional designation (ACBP, CBCI) is a plus.
Prior experience in a financial institution and supporting recovery during disruptive events preferred.
