Description of Role:

The contingent worker will need to be able to convey the basic concepts of business continuity to the members of the organization and update the quantivate GRC system with relevant information.

Responsibilities:

• Works with all business units in developing tactics and procedures that can be deployed in the event of system outages or disasters, natural or manmade.
• Reviewing of business continuity program, policy, plans, FFIEC and governance standards.
• Assists with testing of assigned business continuity plans.
• Assists with the development of business processes.
• Assist with Tabletop testing for various scenarios.
• As systems and processes change in the enterprise, the CW must update and test all related business continuity plans.
• Must be able to maintain all business continuity plans.
• Must update collection records such as call lists, locations, and resources in Quantivate, as requested.
• Complete risk assessments which requires extensive independent research and data entry. 
• Ability to lead business unit sessions independently.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology preferred. HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years business continuity related experience preferred, minimum of 1 year project experience required.
• Must have excellent communication skills, includes oral, written and listening
• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must be comfortable with public speaking and making presentations to stakeholders

Certifications/Licensing

• Business Continuity Certification preferred
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, NCUA, FFIEC standards

Work Schedule:

Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm
