We have partnered with a financial company in the New York, NY area to provide them with a Business Continuity Analyst. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized must haves for the Business Continuity Analyst:

#1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent

#2. Must have experience in business continuity planning

#3. Professional designation Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP, MBCI) is a plus

Requirements for the Business Continuity Analyst:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3 to 5+ years of experience in business continuity planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with employees across the organization.
• Strong administrative skills, including the ability to develop project plans and meet target dates.
• Capable team player who can also work independently.
• Professional designation such as Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP, MBCI) is a plus.
• Previous experience in business continuity within a financial institution is preferred.
• Experience in managing disruptive events is preferred.

Other Key Requirements:

• Hybrid Schedule - Must be able to commute to the office a few times per week
• No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
