Job Description We are seeking a Business Development Lead to join our team! You will supervise and coordinate all activities of the sales team. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily sales operations Work with an existing database of clients and continue to update it with new leads, tracking interactions and follow-ups Identify construction opportunities on bidding platforms Review RFPs, identify requirements and add data to a sales scorecard for tracking Ensure that estimators/PMs are providing all the necessary bid data for timely submission Keep up to date weekly, the company's sales scorecard Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting Establish sales goals and metrics Meet set sales KPIs set by the company Qualifications: Previous experience in construction business development in Southern California Established network with developers and prospective clients in the private and public sector Strong leadership qualities Strong negotiation skills Excellent written and communication skills Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software (optional) #J-18808-Ljbffr ZipRecruiter
