Position Overview: 1099 performance-based with the option of a draw Outside B2B relationship building Qualified pre-scheduled appointments (avg. 10-15 per week) Industry-leading uncapped commissions (25%) Monthly residuals (25%) Daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses (paid weekly) Performance bonuses (paid weekly) Weekly draw (paid weekly) Continuous training and support Opportunities for advancement and career growth Key Responsibilities: Generate new clients through various channels, including pre-set appointments, door-to-door networking, and referrals to present our services Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, building solid relationships Collaborate with internal sales teams to prepare and deliver cost-saving quotes tailored to client requirements With the support of the internal sales managers, sign new accounts Maintain up-to-date documentation of client interactions, proposed solutions, and action plans in IRIS (CRM) Join daily Zoom conference calls with the team Talents [will train]: Ability to build and maintain relationships Good verbal and written communication skills Self-confidence with the ability to present services/solutions Ability to work independently and with team members remotely Active listening skills with the ability to understand client needs Our Commitment to Inclusivity & Diversity: Horizon Payments encourages applicants of all ages and experiences, as we do not discriminate based on an applicant's age.
