We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our multi-discipline design team and collaborate closely with our project process engineer and project manager for Water/Wastewater projects in Pittsburgh, PA.

Primary Responsibilities:

Support the design and production of treatment plants and collection/distribution systems.

Develop complete sets of construction drawings from a BIM model.

Apply design concepts including process equipment, piping layouts, flanges, valves and fittings, P&IDs, and utility relocations.

Utilize your proficiency in Revit and BIM model space.

Required Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support of CADD applications such as AutoCAD and Microstation.

Minimum 2 years of experience with BIM software, including 3D modeling, clash detection, and coordination.

Proficiency in producing drawings, layouts, sketches, maps, and graphic representations of engineering designs.

Experience with BIM processes in large projects, from design to operation.

Strong knowledge of industry standards and practices in CAD, Microstation, and BIM software.

Civil drafting background with underground utility experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preference will be given to local candidates.
