Job Description
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Honolulu Coffee ! As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the store’s day-to-day operations and ensuring an exceptional experience for both customers and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring it runs efficiently and smoothly.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a dynamic team of baristas and staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and ambiance.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure product availability.
• Handle scheduling, training, and development of staff.
• Implement company policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with management to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in the hospitality or retail industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive team culture.
• Ability to analyze store performance and implement improvements.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
• Knowledge of coffee and beverages.
