• Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities and colleges.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at educational institutions, including career services and faculty.
• Coordinate and participate in campus career fairs, information sessions, and recruitment events.
• Review and screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for internships and entry-level positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Utilize social media and online platforms to promote job openings and company culture.
• Track and report on campus recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and guide strategy adjustments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in campus recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics sector.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with students and university staff.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey Sharp's value proposition.
• Understanding of the student recruitment landscape and trends in higher education.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and social media for recruiting.
