Here 4U Home Care Services LLC has an immediate need for experienced caregivers to join our team!

We appreciate the work our dedicated care team performs each day. As such, we seek to hire individuals equally as committed and impassioned to helping older adults maintain their independence. The ideal candidate for this position not only is passionate about helping seniors but is also customer-service oriented, eager to grow in their career, willing to go above and beyond, friendly, professional, and trustworthy.

**Responsibilities of Caregiver Position:**

* Provide non-medical (personal and companionship care) to seniors in their homes

* Follow the clients service plan to assist the client in maintaining a healthful, safe environment

* Examples of tasks caregivers will assist with include but are not limited to, personal hygiene assistance, grooming, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, assistance with errands, providing transportation

* Establish and maintain positive, open, and trusting communication/relationships with seniors, family members, and fellow team members

* Abide by the agencys policies and procedures

* Performs other duties as assigned

**Requirements/Qualifications of Caregiver Position:**

* Must be at least 18 Years of Age

* Must have at least a high school diploma or GED

* Legally authorized to work in the United States

* Must possess a valid drivers license and valid auto insurance

* Must have a reliable, consistent means of transportation

* Must treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect

* Must have the ability to communicate in both a professional and friendly manner

* Must be trustworthy and honest

* Must be able to work constructively as part of a team

* Must comply with both state and agency required checks and screenings

* Must be willing to work possible nights and/or weekends

* Must have current CPR certification, first aid training prior to first assignment

* Must have completed IL required training courses and have proof of training
