As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will be traveling to different locations each day, operating our provided carpet and floor cleaning truck mount system, and servicing a variety of floors, including tile, wood, carpet, stone, and more. You will also be maintaining all equipment used, moving furniture to prepare rooms for cleaning, treating stains, and restocking all equipment and supplies between cleans. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication and customer service skills, and enjoys learning new techniques and methods for cleaning. This position allows you to build your own portfolio of customers and includes sales as well as cleaning. This position can be full or part time depending on you. The sky is the limit! Responsibilities Travel to a variety of locations to maintain and clean many different flooring types or upholstery Move furniture or other customer’s items with care to clean under and around them Communicate professionally and effectively with customers to provide them with an excellent experience Work closely with other team members to complete a common goal Maintain all equipment used, restock supplies between cleanings, and overall foster a clean, safe work environment at all times Create and maintain relationships with both commercial and residential customers Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment The ability to work well within a team environment Strong problem-solving skills Commission structure on top of hourly rate will be discussed at interview and is based on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cleaning Specialists of WNY, Inc
