Tasca Ford Midlothian is seeking a Part-Time Cashier/Receptionist to join our successful team. Part-time (job share) is Mon -Fri evening shift from 3:30 pm to 8:00 pm (close) and alternating/split Saturdays from 8 am to 6 pm (lunch is catered in on Saturdays). This is a great opportunity to join our growing team! Competitive compensation is commensurate with experience. EOE

Duties include:

• Answer/transfer incoming phone calls in a professional manner to appropriate person/department
• Responsible for handling and balancing cash drawer daily
• Process cash, check and credit card receipts for sales, parts and service departments
• Maintain dealer license plate inventory
• Light filing
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership
• Must be a team player with integrity and strong work ethics
• Professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Computer and math skills required. CDK experience a PLUS!
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks
