Description Tasca Ford Midlothian is seeking a Part-Time Cashier/Receptionist to join our successful team.
Part-time (job share) is Mon -Fri evening shift from 3:30 pm to 8:00 pm (close) and alternating/split Saturdays from 8 am to 6 pm (lunch is catered in on Saturdays). This is a great opportunity to join our growing team! Competitive compensation is commensurate with experience. EOE
Duties include: - Answer/transfer incoming phone calls in a professional manner to appropriate person/department
- Responsible for handling and balancing cash drawer daily
- Process cash, check and credit card receipts for sales, parts and service departments
- Maintain dealer license plate inventory
- Light filing
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements - Excellent listening and verbal communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership
- Must be a team player with integrity and strong work ethics
- Professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Computer and math skills required. CDK experience a PLUS!
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks
