Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Ceramic Machine Operator for our client in the advanced materials manufacturing industry. This is an opportunity to work with a global leader specializing in high-purity quartz glass, ceramics, and innovative composites used in the semiconductor, telecom, and medical sectors.

• Location: Chandler, AZ
• Pay: $25/hour
• Shifts Available: Friday – Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (3x12 schedule, paid for 40 hours)

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate machinery to fabricate or modify ceramic parts
• Interpret blueprints and calibrate equipment per product specifications
• Act as a cell lead, coordinating tasks and training team members
• Perform maintenance, clean equipment, and troubleshoot program errors
• Communicate progress to supervisors and ensure adherence to safety protocols

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2+ years operating furnaces, presses, or similar industrial equipment
• Computer literate with experience using calipers, micrometers, and small tools
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong team player with a quality-first mindset and safety awareness
