Key responsibilities Overall: Lead a team which is rapidly scaling a robust, low-CAC growth engine that adapts to market changes to profitably acquire 1 million customers by the end of 2026. Strategy: Stay at the frontier of changes in the healthcare system to avoid getting crushed. Brand: Own brand strategy, brand identity, and creative direction to build a generational brand focused on making Americans healthy again. Tech stack: Own the decision on the tech stack and guide its implementation. Ads + Creative: Lead the team creating ad campaigns that convert at low CAC, building a high-performance in-house creative team. CRO + Lifecycle: Lead the team optimizing conversion and referral, executing new product launches, and nurturing leads. Organic + Social: Expand organic presence and build a robust social media presence on the right platforms. Setting + Closing: Guide the running of a high-performing sales org with a focus on minimizing CAC. KPIs MRR End of 24Q3 = $2,192,138 Target for end of 25Q4 = ~$30,000,000 (~10x/yr) Active subscribers End of 24Q3 = 6214 Target for end of 25Q4 = ~85,000 (~10x/yr) Blended CAC End of 24Q4 = ~$450 Target for end of 25Q4 = ~$400 Need to have Experience: 5+ years leading marketing at high-growth D2C companies, scaling past $100M/yr. Brand: Superb at brand with a deep understanding of customer positioning and creative direction. Scientist: Manical about metrics, proactive in crafting experiments with clear attribution. Trenches: Willing to get hands dirty and not above grinding it out when needed. Strategy: Excellent in high-level strategy while ensuring big swings are taken. Hiring: Committed to building a team of A-players. Excellence: Capable at meta skills, highly organized, and able to handle uncertainty.
