About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to join its Leadership team. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the CEO, driving performance and execution as the company undergoes a significant phase of growth. This role requires a strong problem solver, adaptable individual with the ability to build trust and partnership at all levels. The Chief of Staff will own key executive-level meetings, act as a force multiplier for the executive team, and lead strategic projects aligned with the CEO's top priorities. The ideal candidate should have 7-10+ years' experience, with a background that includes top-tier management consulting, banking, and high-growth tech environments. Operating experience is strongly preferred. Responsibilities for the Chief of Staff include driving the operating cadence for the company, improving decision-making processes, and ensuring effective communication and follow-through. The role demands a professional with a proven track record of success in challenging, ambiguous situations, and who can operate with the highest levels of integrity. The candidate should be a clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal, and possess excellent critical thinking, analytical skills, and a very high EQ.
