CNC Machinist

Hours:

Monday – Friday

7:00am – 3:30pm

Pay:

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour DOE

Benefits:

• Temp to Hire Assignment
• Benefits once hired on
• Weekly Pay

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Operate multi-pallet Horizontal Maching Centers
• Consistently follow established quality and safety procedures
• Document and report inspection findings using provided quality control documents
• Identify and report non-conforming material through the proper procedures
• Be proficient with basic hand tools used in fixturing and deburring
• Be proficient with measurement devices used in the inspection process
• Preserve a clean work environment through daily work area maintenance
• Evaluate out-of-inspection parts with a Machinist to minimize machine downtime
• Participate in defect investigation, root cause analysis, countermeasure implementation, and quality gate review
• Apply TPS (Toyota Production System) principles to daily activities

Requirements & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in related production level manufacturing role
• Competence to work independently or collaborate within a team environment
• Capability to manage multiple production jobs simultaneously
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and walk or stand for extended periods
