Job Description
We seek an experienced and motivated commercial real estate broker for a rewarding opportunity.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial real estate broker in the Richmond area with a strong track record of successful transactions.
- Valid Virginia real estate broker license.
- Proficiency in real estate software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Manage the listing and marketing of commercial properties
- Negotiate lease and sale agreements
