About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Property Manager who will be responsible for developing new business and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients, landlords, and tenants. You'll work in an Appfolio environment, maintain vendor relationships, and efficiently handle maintenance requests—all while providing the highest levels of customer service Responsibilities: • Business Development: Develop new residential and commercial business opportunities. • Client Satisfaction : Ensure the satisfaction of clients, landlords, and tenants through exceptional service. • Appfolio Management : Work seamlessly within an Appfolio environment to manage properties effectively. • Vendor Relations : Maintain and build strong relationships with vendors. • Maintenance Requests : Handle maintenance requests efficiently to ensure timely resolution. Qualifications: • Skilled in industry practices and lease language • Excellent communication and negotiating skills • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising • Independent and self motivated • Able to deal with tremendous levels of stress and work long hours while keeping your emotions in check • Must have an active Georgia Real Estate License • Several years of property management experience • Willingness to be held accountable • Excellent communication skills • Ability to moderate emotions when everyone else is losing theirs • Team-focused with an entrepreneurial spirit About Company: We are a successful RE/MAX real estate team.
