As an Entry-Level Community Outreach Assistant , you will assist in developing and implementing outreach strategies that foster relationships and build community connections. By collaborating with a variety of stakeholders, you will help promote our initiatives and ensure their success, while making a tangible impact in the communities we serve.
Assist in the development and execution of community outreach programs and initiatives
Engage with community members, stakeholders , and partner organizations to build positive relationships and promote our mission
Serve as a liaison between the organization and the community, effectively conveying our goals and initiatives
Collect and analyze feedback from community interactions to refine and improve future outreach efforts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outreach strategies align with organizational objectives and goals
Passion for community engagement and a strong desire to make a difference
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Strong organizational abilities and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse groups of people
High school diploma or equivalent required (additional education or experience in community outreach is a plus but not required)
