Comsec Program Analyst

KBR's National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to our customers in the intelligence and national security communities. In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country's most critical role protecting our national security.

As a part of KBR's Intel group, you'll work on some of the toughest, most interesting problems. You'll work with some of the top experts in the industry. And you'll work for some of the most crucial National missions. In this SETA role, you'll use your expertise to support program management activities, including requirement collection and collaboration. A Systems Engineering Technical Advisor (SETA) provides technical expertise to the Government. By working hand-in-hand with your Government customer, you'll have the opportunity to influence mission success to a greater degree than anywhere else. Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements: Track Space COMSEC requirements with internal programs and external organizations.
  • Organize: Gather and organize Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) information.
  • Tracking: Receive and track CDRL submissions.
  • Submission: Consolidate, draft, seek approval, and submit Government responses.
  • Reporting: Develop, analyze, and report metrics for CDRL documents.
  • Documentation: Forward accurate documentation to external offices.
  • Technical: Research and deliver historical technical and cost information.
  • Monitor: Manage equipment requirements / property lists.
  • Collaborate: Coordinate collaborative meetings / working groups.
  • Specs: Ensure CDRL deliverables are written IAW customer specifications.

Work Environment:

  • Location: On-site
  • Travel Requirements: 10% minimal travel.
  • Working Hours: Standard 40 hours per week.

Qualifications: Required:

  • Clearance: Top Secret with Polygraph.
  • Experience: 5+ years experience supporting COMSEC programs.
  • Communication: Skilled at customer interaction.

Desired:

  • Experience: 5+ years Military / DOD / IC space and ground experience.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in a STEM field.
  • Project: Program / project management experience.
  • RMF: Risk Management Framework experience.
