About the Program

The Comstock team is looking for talented young professionals to be part of our Summer 2024 Internship Program! Our goal is to provide you with hands-on learning experiences and prepare you for your next step in your career growth. Interns will utilize their communication, detail-oriented, and collaborative skills and learn what it’s like to work in a culture-driven, corporate environment. *Note each department program varies by location hours and hourly wage

• Accounting- Accounting Internship- Reston, VA
• Residential- Leasing Internship- Reston/Ashburn, VA and Rockville, MD
• Human Resources- HR Internship- Reston, VA
• Commercial- Commercial Real Estate Internship- Reston, VA
• Asset Management- Asset Management Intern- Reston, VA

• This program will run from early June through early August 
• Interviews will begin in 2025
• This is a paid internship. 
• On-site requirement 

Expectations

• Attend meetings, huddles, and training sessions to gain exposure to the team and cross-functional projects. 
• Exemplify the Comstock values and principles by bringing your best every day 
• Identify areas for improvement and help create solutions for the business, conducting research as needed. 
• Collaborate with fellow interns on a Capstone project, which will be delivered & presented to our Senior Leadership and HQ Team.
• Network and collaborate with current and future team members. 

Qualifications

• Rising Junior, Senior or Graduating Senior 2025 pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and dynamic environment
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• High level of adaptability, accountability, and detail-oriented skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Able to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and multi-task
