Shape the future of allied health education. The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP) is seeking a passionate and dynamic Corporate Academic Trainer to join our academic leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will support CHCP’s mission of delivering high-quality allied health education by developing, delivering, and continuously improving faculty training programs across our campuses and online platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for an education professional who thrives in coaching and developing instructors, embraces innovation, and values student success. Key Responsibilities: Design and lead faculty onboarding and orientation programs. Facilitate ongoing professional development aligned with institutional goals and accreditation standards. Serve as an expert in instructional technology (e.g., LMS, AI tools, digital labs). Collaborate with academic leaders to evaluate and improve instructional effectiveness. Promote inclusive, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed teaching practices. Maintain training resources and track faculty development participation. Analyze data and feedback to measure training effectiveness and guide improvements. Support curriculum training in partnership with Program Directors and Curriculum Specialists. Contribute to faculty excellence initiatives and annual academic planning. Travel up to 25–30% to CHCP campuses across Texas and occasionally conduct weekend sessions.
