Foley & Lardner LLP is currently seeking a Corporate Immigration Paralegal to join our growing team. As a vital member of the firm's client service team, our Corporate Immigration Paralegal will be responsible for researching, drafting and preparing complex employment, investment and treatybased visa petitions. A qualified candidate must be organized, able to multi-task and meet deadlines, work independently and also as a collaborative member of our client service team. This individual must have experience working with the U.S. Department of Labor procedures, knowledge of National Visa Center processing, consular processing, immigrant/non-immigrant visas, and AOS processes. #LIHybrid
Responsibilities:Pursuant to the California Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act, the salary range for this Los Angeles based position is between $78,500 - $128,100. P ursuant to the New York City Human Rights Law and Washington DC Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this New York or Washington DC based position is between $81,900 - $133,700. These figures represent the full compensation range of this position. The actual offered amount will be determined based on the following factors: education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity at Foley.
