M&A Associate - Dallas

Our client, an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate with experience in M&A and Private Equity to join their Dallas office.

The estimated salary for this position is $225,000 to $435,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience focused on M&A and Private Equity matters
• Experience from a major law firm representing M&A and Private Equity clients
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage your time effectively
• JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
• Must be admitted, and in good standing, to the bar in the jurisdiction in which you will practice; or must provide written confirmation as to ability to become admitted in that State or District

All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
