Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cost analysis and reporting to support financial decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and procedures.
- Prepare detailed cost reports and budgets.
- Analyze manufacturing costs and provide variance analysis.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline cost accounting processes.
- Assist in financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Cost Accountant.
Salary: $80,000-$90,000
