Greater Anesthesia Solutions (GAS) has recently partnered with the fantastic Banner Baywood Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona. We have several positions available for experienced or newly graduated CRNAs. At GAS, CRNAs are allowed to practice fully autonomously; however, there will always be a team of experienced providers to help and support you if you need it. This position will work a wide variety of cases including general cases, Neuro, Uro, and GI.
GAS is known in the anesthesia community for its Home Teams work program. Home Teams is our way of helping providers achieve the perfect work/life balance. The key aspect of Home Teams is the individualized work schedules where each provider chooses a set schedule that works best for them. They can see all the days they work, all of their call days, and all of their off days months in advance, allowing them to better plan for their lives.
Each schedule comes automatically with post call days off and post late days off, as well as an average of 4 work days per week.
We offer the flexibility of choosing between 1099 and W-2 arrangements. Providers are typically assigned to a primary home base where they receive assignments and schedules well in advance, facilitating effective planning for time off and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Providers can also engage in shift trading, signing up for additional shifts, or giving away shifts to suit their individual preferences. While some providers choose to get credentialed at multiple facilities for additional shift options, it is not mandatory.
