Customer Service Representatives - Bilingual French (2)  for a manufacturer / distributor located in Cerritos CA.

Long Term Temporary with possibility of Hire.  Pay rate is $19-26.50/hr, depending on experience.  Hours can range from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as duties demand. Company will complete a background check prior to start.

This position is primarily responsible for assisting customers with questions regarding products and services, describing the product evaluation and providing repair solutions.

Duties:

• Using LMS/CRM system to search case related information and answer customer questions;
• Responsible for providing customer service, updating customers about the repair process and answer any questions they may have;
• Provide excellent customer service experience;
• Record the communication with customers, ensure accurate information internally and identify any areas for improvement for customer satisfaction;
• Be able to provide customer service independently and present the optimal service solution to customers;
• Explains in easy terms how to resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

• MUST be bilingual in French & English. 
• Associate degree or above. 
• Previous Call Center experience for electronic products preferred.
• Ability to type 30 words or more per minute.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to use Internet Software; Word Processing Software (Word); Google Docs Software; and ZenDesk Software.
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
• Ability to maintain a calm, positive attitude.
• Commitment to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to solve problems.
