We are looking for a meticulous and organized Data Entry/ Auditing Clerk to join our team in Jersey City, New Jersey. This is a long-term contract position where attention to detail and accuracy are essential to ensuring the success of daily operations. The ideal candidate will work onsite five days a week and contribute to maintaining and analyzing data efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough audits of filing systems to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Analyze data to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
• Enter and maintain data using Excel with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to organize and manage documentation.
• Ensure all records are properly filed and easily accessible.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience in data entry and working with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inaccuracies in data.
• Familiarity with auditing and filing processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and process data accurately.
• Ability to work onsite in Jersey City, New Jersey, five days a week.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members.
