JOB DESCRIPTION

Data Entry Operator – 3rd Shift (100% Onsite)

Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Friday–Tuesday | 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $19.80/hr (W2 only)

Description:

This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong typing and time management skills. The position is fully onsite with no work-from-home flexibility. Candidates must have a verified typing speed of at least 40 WPM , and this score must be listed on the resume to qualify.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• 1–3 years of data entry experience
• Typing speed between 40–50 WPM
• Excellent attendance record and reliability

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with healthcare terminology
• Quick learner with adaptability to new concepts
• Ability to self-learn based on client-provided instructions
• General understanding of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding and modifier usage
• Strong comprehension of Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance guidelines

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven typing speed of 40 WPM minimum (test score required on resume)
• Proficient in reading, writing, interpreting, and speaking English
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain accuracy under heavy workloads and deadlines
• Skilled in complex data entry and independent navigation of systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Skype for Business

Additional Notes:

• This is a 100% onsite position. Remote work is not permitted.
• Candidates without a 40+ WPM typing score will not be considered.
