Responsibilities:

• Plan, build, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, digital ads, webinars, and social media.
• Manage SEO, PPC, and website enhancements to support lead acquisition.
• Define and implement lead scoring, routing, and nurturing strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing operations.
• Build and manage email nurture flows and landing pages using marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Emarsys).
• Monitor optimize, and analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as MQLs, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI. Utilize marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CX) to execute and track campaigns.
• Maintain clean marketing data and assist in building dashboards and reports for campaign performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business (strong analytical skills), or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or lead generation in a B2B environmen. Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Emarsys) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CX).
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid media best practices preferred.
• May require occasional travel via automobile or airplane for day or overnight trip up to 20%.
