The Front Desk/Dental Assistant is a dual role that supports both the dentist and the team in delivering high-quality patient care while adhering to state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and break down treatment rooms, take and develop x-rays, take impressions, and provide post-op instructions
• Assist during treatment procedures and ensure smooth patient flow
• Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment
• Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies to maintain good health
• Support patient charting for doctors and perform various office tasks as needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure optimal patient satisfaction
• Manage front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, and discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements

• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with patients of all ages and backgrounds
• Experience with Dentrix, managing dental office finances, and multitasking effectively
