Job Description
Looking for a dental insurance verification specialist to join our pediatric dental insurance verification team. Responsibilities are as follows:
- MUST have at least one year of dental insurance PPO verification experience
- Complete data entry on insurance verification forms-Working with insurance companies and patients to ensure correct billing and timely collections
-Determining patient's eligibility, history and copays
- Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology and insurance billing codes - Strong attention to detail. - Excellent time management and organizational skills-Communicating with insurance companies regarding claims
-Resolving insurance and billing problems
-Contacting insurance companies and patients to resolve balances
